Reliable sensors and peripheral equipment
The peripheral equipment from Linde Material Handling’s forklift truck technology is meticulously manufactured, designed to be robust and can be used seamlessly with the drive solutions in trucks. Different parameters can be reliably measured and processed using various sensors from Linde’s forklift truck technology.
Sensors
Temperature sensor (CEH 08)
- Single-channel temperature sensor as NTC, KTY or PT1000 version
Potentiometer (CEH 05)
- Potentiometer with built-in redundancy for assembly on control elements of the user interface
- With return spring
- Stabilized supply voltage of 5 to 15 volt
Speed sensor (CEH 10)
- Speed sensor for electric motor, transmission and axle
- Two-channel version for detection of rotational direction
- Hall effect sensor up to 15 kHz
Peripheral equipment
DC/DC converter
- Flyback converter with isolation
- 24 – 96 VDC on the input side
- 12 or 24 VDC on the output side
- Individual converter with 75, 150, 400 or 600 W power
- Parallel operation of several converters possible for greater power
- Complies with EN60950, EN50155 and EN1175
- ISO20898
Contactor
The sensors are available as single or double contactors.
Single contactor (MCS)
- 96 VDC maximum contact voltage
- Rated thermal current of 350 A at 100% load cycle up to 635 A at 30% load cycle
- Integrated suppressor diode
Double contactor with two fuse holders (MCD)
- 120 VDC maximum contact voltage
- Rated thermal current of 350 A at 100% load cycle up to 635 A at 30% load cycle
- Integrated suppressor diode
Charging circuit
- Integrated circuit for pre-charging and discharging inverters on 24, 36, 48 or 80 VDC batteries
